The house was built in 1996. It is situated 150m above the Rhine Valley. The apartment is looking down on the Rhine. It offers a splendid view. It is fully furnished (with Internet access and satellite TV), has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, 56sqm in size and can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is a dedicated parking lot close to the entrance.

 

Prices:

for up to 2 persons: € 300,- per week,
for each additional person: € 30,- per week,
children up to 3 years of age are free.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 personens.
Pets welcome by arrangement.

Bed linen, towels and utilities are included.
Telephone and internet will be charged separately.

Smokers are welcome, but there is no smoking inside!
